This policy explains what TD Visual Solutions LLC (“TD Visual Solutions,” “we,” “us”) collects when you use tdvisualsolutions.com, send us a message or book a call with us, and what we do with it.
The short version: we collect what you send us so we can answer you and quote your project, and we measure how people use the site so we can make it better. We don’t sell your information and we don’t run ads.
What you give us
Contact forms
When you send a message through a form on this site, we receive your name, email address and message. The form also asks a simple math question to stop spam. Your message is emailed to us, and messages and our replies stay in our email.
Booking a call
Some pages link to our Calendly booking page. If you book a time, Calendly collects the details its booking form asks for, such as your name and email address, and shares them with us so we can hold the call. Calendly’s own privacy policy covers what it does with them.
If you email us, we receive your address and whatever you tell us.
What we collect automatically
Analytics
We use Google Analytics, loaded through Google Tag Manager, to see how the site is used: which pages people visit, which buttons and links they click (for example the Contact buttons, booking links and email links), how far they scroll, which videos they start, whether a form was sent (not what it said), where visits come from, and general device, browser and approximate location details. Google Analytics uses cookies to recognize a returning browser. It doesn’t store your IP address, and we keep this data for 14 months. Google’s advertising features are turned off.
Your choices about analytics
If you visit from the European Economic Area or the United Kingdom, you’ll see a banner, and analytics cookies stay off unless you accept. Everywhere else they’re on by default, and you can turn them off at any time with the Your Privacy Choices link at the bottom of every page. If your browser sends a Global Privacy Control signal, we turn them off automatically. When analytics cookies are off, Google Analytics receives only basic measurements that use no cookies. Your choice is saved in your browser, so clearing your browser data resets it.
Hosting and security
Our site is hosted by DreamHost, which processes your IP address and basic request details to deliver pages, keep logs and block attacks.
Fonts
Our pages load their typefaces from Google Fonts, so Google receives your IP address when a page loads.
Videos
Videos on our pages play from our own server, so no outside video service receives your information when you watch.
How we use your information
We use it to answer you, quote and deliver the work you ask about, schedule and hold calls, follow up about that work, improve the site, keep it secure, and meet our legal and accounting obligations.
Who we share it with
We don’t sell your personal information, and we don’t share it for advertising. We share it only with the service providers that run parts of our business for us:
- Google: Analytics, Tag Manager, Fonts and Workspace (our email and files)
- DreamHost: website hosting
- Calendly: call booking
We may also disclose information when the law requires it, to protect our rights or someone’s safety, or to a buyer if TD Visual Solutions is sold or merged.
How long we keep it
Messages stay in our email as long as they’re useful for the work we discussed and for our records. Analytics data is kept for 14 months. You can ask us to delete your information at any time, and we’ll delete everything the law doesn’t require us to keep.
Your rights
Wherever you live, you can ask us what personal information we hold about you, ask us to correct or delete it, or ask us to stop emailing you. Email info@tdvisualsolutions.com and we’ll respond within 30 days. We won’t treat you differently for asking.
Security
Our site uses HTTPS, and access to personal information is limited to the people who need it. No system is perfectly secure, so we can’t promise absolute security.
Children
Our services are for businesses and aren’t directed to anyone under 18. We don’t knowingly collect information from children. If you think a child has sent us information, email us and we’ll delete it.
Where your information is processed
TD Visual Solutions is based in the United States, and our service providers may process information in the United States and other countries. If you contact us from outside the United States, your information will be transferred there.
Changes to this policy
When we change this policy, we’ll post the new version here and update the date at the top.
